Sauer Easy Care is a simple maintenance concept with guaranteed maintenance intervals for high operational reliability of your compressors at lower cost.

Sauer offers all-inclusive Easy Care maintenance kits for preventive maintenance after every 1000, 2000, 3000 or 4000 hours. After the 4000-hour maintenance, the schedule starts again with a 1000-hour kit. According to Sauer, this can save up to 25% compared with ordering parts individually, and makes inspection and maintenance costs predictable years ahead.

Each kit has one reference number, so there is no time spent searching for the right part and no risk of ordering the wrong ones. Parts are delivered when needed. With continuous Easy Care maintenance, Sauer guarantees the service life of the parts in the kits – for example up to 4000 hours for the stage valves of air-cooled compressors.
